Crafted from a heavy duty aluminum extrusion, XTENDER is durable and rugged.   XTENDER has a 4″ flat Face on the 5″ surface with a T-Slot on the top.  The flat face ensures a smooth glide for your workpiece, while its 1-inch width maintains precise 1” scale increments.

 The XT XTENDER Fence Platform is available in three lengths: 24″, 36″, and 46″, accommodating various saws and project requirements.

 Fence Accessories:

 XT Infeed and Outfeed Supports: Designed exclusively for the XT XTENDER Fence system, Bow Feed Supports (pt. # xt1 – sold in pairs) extend feed support in front of or behind the blade, significantly enhancing workpiece support, safety, and cut quality. Easily position them for infeed or outfeed support, or both on one side. Ideal for compact saws, portable saws, or bandsaws.   Feed Supports feature a cavity underneath for attaching a standard 2×4 for added support if additional stability is needed when cutting long or heavy boards.

Bow XT T-Track Fence Clamps: Designed to work seamlessly with the XT XTENDER Fence, Bow T Track clamps (pt. # xt2- sold in pairs) feature a 2-1/2″ throat and a 5″ opening for secure attachment.  These are required to attach XTENDER fence to our current fence. Sold Separately.  XT T-Track Clamps can be used for any general clamping applications.

Ordering Considerations

Choose the right XTENDER Fence and Accessories and take your craftsmanship to the next level while significantly enhancing your safety.  The Ordering Guide below helps you understand what parts to order depending on the application you have.  When deciding what is right for you, start by deciding if you just want the fence “OR”  if you want to use the XTENDER Fence to Extend your table surface.   Some may just want the benefits of a taller fence with Accessory T-Slots.  In this case, you generally would order an XTENDER  Fence approximately the same length as the fence on your saw.   If your goal is to Extend your table surface for additional infeed/outfeed control, then you would order an XTENDER Fence longer than your table surface (when doing so it is important to understand the ordering considerations below so you order the correct length fence).   When Extending the table surface, you will also order the Feed Supports accessory.   Remember, you must have T-Track clamps to mount the XTENDER Fence to your saws existing fence (sold separately part # XT2).     Consider Adding Bow Safety and Feed Control Accessories:  The FencePRO featherboard (part # FP4) is a vital add on for any application.   For Table Saws, FencePRO (sold in a set of two) attaches to the XTENDER fence and holds material down before and after the cut, and supports material after is passes through the blade.   FencePRO also helps mitigate or even arrest kickback.   Bow Table Featherboards and PushPRO Sticks are among the industries safest with the highest level of kickback protection.  Bow EVA Feathers will not mar wood or shatter like plastic feathers if accidental contact with a blade.  If you are resawing on a Bandsaw, the GuidePRO is a must have tool, and a perfect compliment to the XTENDER Fence.
